1. Customers are loyal with Wal-Mart.

2. Wal-Mart is enjoying against competitors.

3. Wal-Mart is maintaining good relationships with reasonable amount of suppliers/vendors.

4. International environment depict good relationship with host country.

5. Wal-Mart is financially sound.

6. Wal-Mart has reasonably good systems, processes and procedures which are designed consistent with best retailing standards.

1. Customers have been savvier and look forward for value in Competitive rate.
