On the basis of SWOT analysis and the information given in the case the organization strategies needed to be change.
- The company should outsource its production in other countries also, from where the company can become more competitive.
- The company should keep update with the technological changes and should be equipped with the latest machinery for production and distribution.
- The company should focus to open their own retail outlets globally.
- The company should have a proper export department that should separately handle the export marketing staff, administration, distribution and overseas representatives.
- Similarly, that company should have a separate domestic department that should handle the domestic marketing, administration, distribution and production.
- The company should be reasonable equipped to internalize the social shifts not only in home country but also in host country.
